All payments must be made using the approved payment methods provided at checkout. By completing a transaction, you authorize us and our payment partners (such as Opay or any other designated payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Upon receiving your order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming that your order has been received. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we or the vendor dispatch the ordered item(s). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines depend on the vendor and the destination. While we work to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as logistics delays or force majeure events may affect delivery times. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon confirmed delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Customers may request a return or refund within five (5) days of receiving the product, provided all conditions outlined in the policy are met.
Intellectual Property

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KorrectBuy Marketplace, its affiliates, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Nigeria.
Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for compliance with legal requirements. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our Platform. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
